Good Value with a Relaxed Atmosphere

Jihane at the reception was kind and helpful to me, providing great comfort and care. I deeply appreciated her assistance and would gladly return because of her really good service. The location of the hotel is quite nice, and I found the price reasonable for a brief visit. Everything functioned well in the room, including the shower and bathroom, and I found the bedding comfortable.

I noticed that the room cleaning was a little inconsistent .

the location was good. the staff helped me. i met good people. there was a nice pool to chill around. i liked the pool.

the restaurant was closed. there were many good food places around. i had to find another place for dinner.

helpful staff charming atmosphere faulty air conditioning small room

The location was near many shops, it was quite handy. The staff were nice and helped me when i needed something. i really liked that it was easy to find restaurants and the atmosphere had a charm.

The air conditioning didn't work very well, and that was a problem! the room was smaller than i expected based on the photos. I had to pay extra for a towel, unexpected.

the staff was very kind and cute. jihane, the receptionist, even offered me some soup her mom cooked!!! the hotel is simple and clean. the ac and swimming pool were very useful.

the staff was always available to assist with requests. i found the pool area very clean (it was a welcome relief from the heat). the room was equipped with air conditioning, which worked well . i also appreciated the reliable wifi, which allowed me to stay connected.

i noticed a little wear and tear in some areas of the room, but it didn't bother me much.

relaxing garden professional staff different themes

the hotel had a nice communal area. the garden and pool were relaxing spaces. i especially appreciated the hard work of the cleaners , they did a great job. rooms had cool and different themes.

i noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working as well as it could have , , made the room a bit uncomfortable during the hotter parts of the day.
