Jihane at the reception was kind and helpful to me, providing great comfort and care. I deeply appreciated her assistance and would gladly return because of her really good service. The location of the hotel is quite nice, and I found the price reasonable for a brief visit. Everything functioned well in the room, including the shower and bathroom, and I found the bedding comfortable.
I noticed that the room cleaning was a little inconsistent .

The location was near many shops, it was quite handy. The staff were nice and helped me when i needed something. i really liked that it was easy to find restaurants and the atmosphere had a charm.
The air conditioning didn't work very well, and that was a problem! the room was smaller than i expected based on the photos. I had to pay extra for a towel, unexpected.

the staff was always available to assist with requests. i found the pool area very clean (it was a welcome relief from the heat). the room was equipped with air conditioning, which worked well . i also appreciated the reliable wifi, which allowed me to stay connected.

the hotel had a nice communal area. the garden and pool were relaxing spaces. i especially appreciated the hard work of the cleaners , they did a great job. rooms had cool and different themes.
i noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working as well as it could have , , made the room a bit uncomfortable during the hotter parts of the day.
